At Finago, we’re setting a new standard for financial & human resources software across the Nordics. We are looking for an Operations Manager to join our Global SaaS Operations team to lead the delivery and operational excellence of Finago's SaaS services in the Norwegian/Swedish market.
Your mission
You will play a key role in leading the delivery and operational excellence of Finago's SaaS services. This leader works closely with Customer Success, Product Management, Engineering, and regional leadership teams to optimize service delivery, incident management, vendor management, and other operational processes.
Key tasks and responsibilities
- Operational Leadership: Drive strategic input into Global SaaS Operations and lead a talented Platform Engineering / Operations team.
- Process Improvement: Identify opportunities for automation, drive continuous improvement initiatives, and implement operational frameworks.
- People Leadership: Lead, coach, and develop operations & cloud specialists while fostering a customer-centric culture.
- Governance & Compliance: Ensure adherence to security, privacy, and regulatory requirements, including ISO27001.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related field.
- More than 5 years of experience in SaaS operations and IT services, including expertise in AWS and Microsoft Azure.
- At least 3 years of experience in people leadership, preferably leading a team of five or more.
- Proven experience managing KPIs, SLAs, OLAs, operational performance, and customer outcomes.
- Fluency in Norwegian and English, both written and spoken.
