RIB Skipper / Boat Captain – Whale Watching
Arctic Explorers is looking for 4 experienced and safety-focused RIB skippers for our whale watching operation in Skjervøy, Northern Norway.
Season: 14 October 2026 – 31 January 2027.
You will be responsible for operating our RIB boats and helping us provide safe, professional and memorable whale watching experiences for international guests.
Arctic Explorers has welcomed more than 80,000 guests since 2012, with a strong focus on safety, quality and unforgettable Arctic experiences.

Requirements
- You must hold a valid D5L certificate.
- You must have completed a crisis and passenger management course.
- You must possess a valid medical certificate.
- You must be safety-focused, responsible, and professional in your conduct.
- You must be comfortable communicating with international guests.
- You must be able to live in Skjervøy during the employment period.
