Production Technician
We are Kilter, and we’re on a mission to transform sustainable agriculture and food production by harnessing the power of technology. Kilter develops groundbreaking technology that addresses major challenges for farmers in a sustainable way. Our fully automated agricultural robot, Kilter AX-1, represents a paradigm shift in weed control.
About the role
As a Production Technician at Kilter, you will play a key role in building, testing, and improving our agricultural robots. You will work hands-on with assembly and production of the Kilter AX-1, while also contributing to troubleshooting, quality control, and continuous improvements.
What will you do as a Production Technician at Kilter?
- Assemble and test Kilter AX-1 agricultural robots and subassemblies
- Perform troubleshooting and fault-finding on mechanical and electrical systems
- Contribute to quality control and production documentation
- Support continuous improvements in how we build and deliver our robots
- Provide feedback to our developers based on hands-on experience
- Prepare finished robots, assemblies and components for delivery
Requirements
- You have a technical education or relevant experience in mechanical, electrical, or similar fields.
- You possess experience with assembly, production, or technical systems.
- You have a basic understanding of electrical and/or mechanical components.
- You have experience working with tools, testing equipment, or in workshop environments.
- You have good communication skills in English.
