Purchaser

On behalf of one of our clients, we are looking for a Purchaser.

Job Description:

• Issue and follow-up on purchase orders with strong emphasis on cost reduction and value creation.
• Conduct market screening to identify cost-effective suppliers and solutions.
• Prepare inquiry documents for equipment and services in close cooperation with engineering.
• Perform commercial evaluations of quotations.
• Monitor and ensure delivery within the agreed timeframe, cost, and quality.
• Manage variation handling.
• Handle risks, deviations, and invoice processing.
• Ensure all activities comply with our guidelines, work instructions, and procedures.
• Continuously work on improvements to reduce internal and external risks and costs, enhance delivery quality, and strengthen collaboration.
