About the position
We are looking for a Cyber Security & Governance Manager to strengthen our IT & Digital organisation. In this role, you will be responsible for cyber security governance, risk management and compliance across information technology and operational technology. You will help further develop our cyber security framework and support the business in managing cyber risk in a practical and effective way. You will work closely with leaders, asset organisations and technology teams, helping ensure cyber risk is well understood and considered when decisions are made.

You should also have an interest in how digital technologies, data analytics and Artificial Intelligence can support better decision-making and business performance.
Background and experience
- Relevant higher education within Cyber Security, Information Technology, Engineering or a related discipline is preferred.
- Extensive experience in cyber security, cyber risk management and governance on senior management level.
- Experience with compliance, assurance and security frameworks.
- Experience from operational technology, the energy sector or other critical infrastructure is an advantage.

Requirements
- You must hold a relevant higher education degree in Cyber Security, IT, Engineering, or a related field.
- You must have extensive experience in cyber security, risk management, and governance at a senior management level.
- You should have proven experience working with compliance, assurance, and security frameworks.
- Experience within operational technology, the energy sector, or critical infrastructure is highly preferred.
- You must be able to communicate complex risk topics effectively to both technical teams and senior leadership.
