Senior Leadership Opportunity: Strategy, Communications and Impact

The EITI International Secretariat is seeking a Director of Strategy, Communications and Impact to play a pivotal role in shaping the organisation’s strategic direction and strengthening global impact.

About the Role

As a member of the Senior Management Team, you will lead multiple workstreams, including strategy development, strategic communications, and monitoring, evaluation, learning and impact (MEL). You will report to the Executive Director and work closely with the Board Chair to strengthen EITI’s external influence and evidence-based impact narrative.

Key Responsibilities

• Coordinate strategy development and provide strategic updates to the Board and Senior Management Team.
• Provide strategic leadership for EITI communications channels, including media engagement and crisis communications.
• Oversee MEL, KPIs, and results frameworks to demonstrate organisational impact.
• Contribute to organisational decision-making, planning, delivery, and finance.
• Manage and provide oversight for Communication and MEL work streams.
