We are looking for an HSE/Risk Engineer to support the Risk and Compliance Manager with the day-to-day coordination and delivery of regional risk, compliance, health, safety, and environmental management activities.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist in the development and maintenance of HSE policies, procedures, strategies, and programs.
• Support the development of interface/bridging documents, emergency response plans, and risk management studies.
• Prepare, review, and maintain HSE Cases for assigned rigs, ensuring risk assessments and control measures are current.
• Act as a focal point for HSE activities during rig start-up, ramp-down, rig moves, and new country entries.
• Participate in incident investigation teams, providing expertise in root-cause analysis and corrective actions.
• Plan, conduct, and document audits of HSE management systems on client rigs and shore-based locations.
• Coordinate the management of occupational illness and workplace injury cases in accordance with Norwegian requirements.
• Liaise with HR, medical providers, and authorities to ensure appropriate care and return-to-work arrangements.
• Assist in gathering HSE information for new tenders and client business reviews.
