Forwarder - Forwarding and Export Logistics
An exciting opportunity has arisen as Forwarder in our Forwarding and Export Logistics Department at Kongsberg Maritime, Kongsberg. We support our Delivery Projects and the Global Customer Support organisation in delivering hardware and spare parts to our customers worldwide at the right time and right place.
What you will be doing
- Handle shipments from site and third-party suppliers for worldwide deliveries
- Prepare and issue required export documents
- Contribute to being a competence centre for worldwide deliveries
- Continuously keep your competence updated
- Support our internal customers in serving our external customers
- Contribute to a high service level and enhancement of working processes

Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in logistics, supply chain, customs, or equivalent relevant experience.
- Proven experience in international transport, logistics, global export, or customs procedures.
- Solid knowledge of international trade, Incoterms, dangerous goods handling, and VAT.
- Proficiency in using digital tools such as ERP systems and Microsoft 365.
- Ability to meet safety requirements from the Norwegian Civil Aviation Authority.
- Fluency in both Norwegian and English, both verbal and written.
