As a Services Planner, you will be responsible for developing, maintaining, and managing integrated project schedules that support project execution from engineering and procurement through manufacturing, testing, and final delivery. You will work closely with project managers and cross-functional teams to provide schedule visibility, identify risks and opportunities, and drive successful project outcomes.
As a Services Planner, you will be responsible for:
- Developing, maintaining, monitoring, and controlling integrated project schedules covering engineering, procurement, manufacturing, construction, testing, and delivery activities.
- Ensuring schedule quality, logic, accuracy, and alignment with project scope, milestones, and execution requirements.
- Coordinating planning activities across engineering, sourcing, procurement, manufacturing, materials management, and project management functions.
- Collaborating with project managers and execution teams to support on-time and on-budget project delivery.
- Producing short-term and long-term project lookaheads that provide visibility into upcoming activities, milestones, constraints, and priorities.
- Analyzing project progress and performance while ensuring schedules accurately reflect project status and forecasted outcomes.
- Supporting tendering, project execution, and project closeout activities through effective planning, scheduling, and reporting.
- Driving continuous improvement of planning processes, scheduling tools, and reporting methodologies to achieve fully integrated project planning.
Requirements
- You hold a Bachelor's or Master's degree in Engineering, Project Management, Business, Science, Mathematics, or a related discipline.
- You have proven experience in project planning, project controls, scheduling, or operations planning.
- You demonstrate experience working within subsea, oil and gas, energy, or manufacturing environments.
- You possess proficiency in Primavera P6 for schedule development, maintenance, and analysis.
- You have a strong understanding of the Critical Path Method (CPM), baseline management, and milestone management.
