What will you be doing?

Execute all procurement activities in line with Aker Solutions’ Supply Chain Policy.Own cost, schedule, and quality for your assigned scope.Lead the end-to-end procurement process (sourcing, tendering, evaluation, negotiation, award, PO/contract administration).Manage commercial negotiations; liaise with Legal on complex terms.Monitor and report contract status, costs, schedules, risks, and changes; implement change management.Keep ERP/project systems (e.g., SAP) accurate and up to date; maintain contract and correspondence records.Build and manage supplier relationships; represent procurement to the supplier market; coordinate internal and vendor status meetings (some travel expected).Establish and manage framework agreements where applicable.Drive continuous improvement to reduce cost, improve quality, shorten lead times, and improve on-time delivery.Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and project requirements.Maintain procurement budgets, tender forecasts, and project reporting; promote commercial awareness across the team.
