Role
Executive Communication Manager. You will protect and drive the voice of Vend’s leadership, ghostwriting content and prepping the CEO for high-stakes internal and external arenas.

What’s the job like?
Your core mission is to protect and elevate the voice of Vend’s leadership. Working closely with the CEO and the broader Comms team, you will ensure our messaging lands exactly as intended with our internal Vendies and the external market.
Your day-to-day will be a mix of deep-focus writing and execution, including ghostwriting op-eds, scripting presentations, and building a scalable framework for the CEO’s LinkedIn presence.
Krav
- You have extensive experience as a speechwriter or advisor to senior leadership, ideally within politics, PR agencies, or corporate environments.
- You possess an editor’s mindset with the ability to digest complex business strategies and turn them into engaging stories under tight deadlines.
- You are fluent in both English and Norwegian with precise control to shift between different communication formats.
- You are a confident sparring partner who builds trust quickly and can constructively challenge ideas.
- You have proven expertise in managing executive social media profiles and building organic engagement.
