Key Responsibilities

• Understand customer challenges and identify solutions or opportunities for improvement.
• Work with customers to improve engineering and product-data processes.
• Design practical solutions to business and engineering problems.
• Lead or contribute to PLM and digital transformation projects.
• Participate in solution architecture and process design.
• Lead workshops and discussions with customer stakeholders.
• Take responsibility for project workstreams and, when appropriate, project management activities.
• Learn and apply new technologies to solve customer problems.
• Develop expertise in PLM platforms, particularly Siemens Teamcenter and its integrations.
• Help Sales team with technical information to win new leads.
• Conduct training for customers when required.
