WWF-Norway is seeking a skilled and motivated Programme Monitoring, Evaluation and Learning (PMEL) Advisor to strengthen results-based management across our international conservation and development portfolio. The PMEL Advisor will lead Monitoring, Evaluation and Learning (MEL) work across WWF-Norway's international programme portfolio, ensuring high-quality programme monitoring, data management, analysis and reporting in line with WWF-Norway's Results-Based Management (RBM) system and MEL framework.
Key responsibilities:
- Lead and provide technical oversight of Results-Based Management (RBM) and Monitoring, Evaluation and Learning (MEL) across WWF-Norway's international programme portfolio.
- Manage and quality assure results monitoring, annual programme reviews, and reporting processes throughout the programme management cycle.
- Develop, maintain and strengthen MEL systems, routines, and tools, including baseline management, outcome-level target tracking and programme performance monitoring.
- Support programme advisors and partners in results-based programme management, including results framework, evaluations, adaptive management and learning.
- Contribute to the design of programmes and grant proposals, including theories of change, results frameworks, indicators and monitoring approaches.
Krav
- You hold a degree in social sciences, statistics, or a related field.
- You have experience from the INGO sector and working with projects funded by institutional donors.
- You possess experience in developing and implementing MEL systems and plans related to development programming.
- You have experience in both quantitative and qualitative data collection and analysis.
- You demonstrate strong digital skills and fluency in English, both written and verbal.
