What will you be doing?

As Project Manager, you will take ownership of project execution and ensure successful delivery in terms of safety, quality, schedule, cost, and risk. Your responsibilities will include:

• Lead the successful execution of complex hydropower projects with responsibility for safety, quality, schedule, cost and risk.
• Build strong and trusted relationships with customers, partners and key stakeholders.
• Drive project performance and ensure predictable and successful outcomes.
• Managing commercial performance, profitability and contractual matters throughout the project lifecycle.
• Identify and manage risks and opportunities to protect project value.
• Establish a strong execution culture and motivate multidisciplinary teams towards common goals.
• Ensure effective collaboration between engineering, procurement, manufacturing and site operations.
