Legal Associate/Senior Associate

Frank is a newly established legal advisory company providing businesses with ongoing access to legal expertise through a tech-enabled, subscription-based model. Frank serves scale-ups and mid-market companies, combining legal expertise, technology and a product-oriented approach to legal service delivery.

About the role

The Legal Associate/Senior Associate will focus on direct legal delivery to clients and report to the Head of Legal. The role is hands-on and client-facing, with responsibility for a portfolio of client matters across commercial contracts, employment and corporate law.

Key Responsibilities:

• Draft, review and negotiate commercial contracts on behalf of clients.
• Advise on employment law matters across the employee lifecycle.
• Advise on corporate law matters, including structuring, governance, reorganisations and selected transactions.
• Manage day-to-day client relationships and provide responsive legal support through clients' preferred communication channels.
• Use and contribute to the development of Frank's AI-assisted tools, workflows and delivery processes.
• Work closely with the Head of Legal on complex, strategic or higher-risk matters.
