To support this continued growth, we are looking for a responsible and self-driven Survey Asset Coordinator to take ownership of organizing, coordinating and managing Survey equipment and assets, ensuring availability and readiness for rental, sale and deployment across internal and external projects.

Key responsibilities

• Act as the main point of contact for Survey and Project teams regarding survey equipment rental and sales.
• Maintain an accurate overview of survey assets across facilities and projects.
• Coordinate equipment movements to and from projects, ensuring availability and traceability.
• Support planning and allocation of equipment according to project requirements.
• Ensure equipment is calibrated, validated, documented and ready for operation.
• Maintain accurate equipment records and relevant documentation.
• Coordinate with offshore personnel, project teams, suppliers and rental companies.
• Contribute to developing and improving procedures for survey asset management.
• Build and maintain strong knowledge across a broad range of survey equipment.
