About the position
We are looking for experienced Quality & Risk Professionals to strengthen our organisation and support continuous improvement across Vår Energi in our operational business areas such as Drilling & Wells, Operations, and Project Development.
You will join a team of quality and risk professionals working across operational and project activities. The team works closely with the business to improve processes, manage risk and support safe and efficient operations. In these roles, you will work hands-on, help develop and apply quality and risk management in a practical way across the business. You will work closely with stakeholders to identify risks, improve how we work and support good decision-making.
A key part of the job is continuously looking for better ways of working, simplifying processes, reducing unnecessary complexity and making good use of digital tools, automation and AI where they add real value.

Krav
- Bachelor's or Master's degree within a technical discipline.
- Minimum 5 years of relevant experience within oil and gas or other complex industries.
- Proven experience in auditing and other verification, including quality control and inspection.
- Experience from leading tasks or people.
- Strong communication, collaboration, and stakeholder management skills.
