Logistics is the lifeline of safe and efficient offshore operations. Joining our logistics team means becoming part of a high-performing organisation responsible for delivering critical services in a fast-paced and complex environment. Working collaboratively with colleagues across the business, you will contribute to safe, efficient and value-adding logistics services that support continuous operations offshore.
We are looking to strengthen our teams in Florø and Stavanger and have opportunities for:
Logistics Coordinator in Florø
You will play a key role in ensuring the safe and efficient flow of materials and logistics services supporting offshore operations.
- Coordinate logistics services across multiple locations and stakeholders.
- Plan and follow up material flows to ensure timely delivery and accurate system registration.
- Monitor logistics performance and manage operational challenges, risks and deviations.
- Contribute to operational campaigns, projects and shutdowns.
- Drive continuous improvement through optimisation, standardisation and digitalisation of logistics processes.
- Promote a strong HSE culture and ensure compliance with relevant requirements.
Logistics Advisor Aviation in Stavanger
You will be responsible for ensuring safe, reliable and compliant aviation services supporting Vår Energi's offshore operations.
- Act as Vår Energi's leading aviation advisor, providing subject matter expertise and day-to-day operational support.
- Manage aviation-related contracts and suppliers, including performance management, HSE and risk oversight.
- Be responsible for Vår Energi's aviation and helideck governance framework.
- Represent Vår Energi in internal and external aviation forums, leading follow-up of incidents, findings, audits and corrective actions.
Krav
- Bachelor's degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
- 2-10 years of relevant experience in logistics, material management, aviation, or offshore operations.
- Strong planning, coordination, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a dynamic operational environment.
- Fluent in Norwegian and English, both written and spoken.
- Strong focus on safety, operational excellence, and compliance with regulatory requirements.
