Issue and follow-up on purchase orders with strong emphasis on cost reduction and value creation. Conduct market screening to identify cost-effective suppliers and solutions. Prepare inquiry documents for equipment and services in close cooperation with engineering. Perform commercial evaluations of quotations. Monitor and ensure delivery within the agreed timeframe, cost, and quality. Manage variation handling. Handle risks, deviations, and invoice processing. Ensure all activities comply with our guidelines, work instructions, and procedures. Continuously work on improvements to reduce internal and external risks and costs, enhance delivery quality, and strengthen collaboration.
