About the position

We are looking for experienced subsurface professionals to strengthen our Subsurface organisation and support value creation across Vår Energi's portfolio:

• Reservoir Engineer
• Petroleum Engineer
• Geomechanics Engineer
• Operations Geologist
• Geoscientist
• Geospatial Information Lead

The roles span a broad range of disciplines, including reservoir engineering, petroleum engineering/production technology and geoscience. You will contribute with technical expertise and support key decisions that will help optimising our producing assets and shape our future developments.

You will join Vår Energi's Subsurface organisation, a team of 130 professionals supporting a large, operated portfolio across four hubs. We combine a high level of activity with a short path from idea to execution, giving you the opportunity to take ownership, influence decisions and see the impact of your work.

Part of the role is continuously looking for better ways of working and exploring how data, digital tools and Artificial Intelligence can support better decisions and create new opportunities.
