What You'll Be Doing

As a Senior Field Service Engineer, you'll enjoy a highly varied and hands-on role where your expertise makes a real difference. Your responsibilities will include:

• Diagnosing and resolving technical incidents and customer inquiries through our case management system, Remedy.
• Providing on-site support for customers across Norway, both onshore and offshore.
• Troubleshooting and restoring complex control systems in critical operational environments.
• Performing proactive system health checks to improve reliability, performance, and customer satisfaction.
• Contributing to projects ranging from minor system modifications to larger implementation and upgrade activities.
• Collaborating with a highly skilled team of engineers based in Bergen and Hammerfest while working closely with customers and project teams.
