We are looking for a new Team Leader for the Composite Assembly department in the Ocean Technologies division. Our team consists of skilled workers executing precise hand craft. You will join us making world-class hydroacoustic sensors that require high precision which are produced with unique technology and processes. To make these world-class products we must cooperate with all the other teams in production.
Key responsibilities
- Plan and overlook the production team so that our deliveries are on-time
- Collaborate with other teams to ensure a good flow in the production
- Make sure all team members have what they need when they need it
- Handle quality and efficiency improvement tasks

Krav
- You must hold a trade certificate or relevant higher education.
- You should have experience with the production of composites.
- You must be comfortable using ERP systems, Excel, and other standard office software.
- You need experience cooperating with other teams in complex production environments.
- You must possess strong language skills in both Norwegian and English.
- You should be structured, positive, and solution-oriented in a hectic work environment.
